Red Light District Lot Mod Issue Help Request

Hello, I am trying to get this lot to work but I think the creator of the mod might have abandoned it, they aren't replying to messages anymore.  But its such a cool and sexy lot (red light district).

 

When we try to place the lot furnished the game crashes, but unfurnished is fine but obviously the lot is empty.  Would anyone be able to or have the patience to figure out why and how to fix it?

At a guess it contains lots of broken cc...you could try placing it unfurnished an furnish it yourself.
