[Question] Comissioning a mod or portation

out of curiosity: Are there (or were) modders that take comissions for mod creation and/or portation for a price?

I know you can open a request/idea and maybe someone with the right skills decides to take on that.

Best way to is too look for someone who does something similar to your desired result and PM them.
 

But without wanting to sound mean, most of them will be very careful to take a commissions from someone with a completely new profile.

And even if they are willing to do it, those with decent skill usually know how to value their time. which will likely put their services outside of your budget range.
