Morbid616 Posted January 21, 2022 Posted January 21, 2022 (edited) So Ive been playing around with poses and just wanna show off my sexy sims the guy with long hair me Im aming to have a roster of hot sims to make a tournament to my Wrestling arena kinda like Battle Arena Toshinden but porno LOL and I just wanna Express much love to all these talented creators that make this game better! And I know it must have taken a chunk of work to set up, because I'm no stranger to setting up big group shots like that myself. However I'd actually maybe recommend you also post your pictures in some of the picture threads in this forum, because I think unfortunately alot of people aren't going to notice this thread, I think alot of us mostly just check up on a couple of threads we follow and such, and new ones might slip us by. Here's a big old group picture I took back in December for this scenario I began setting up for a video I'm currently working on finishing. As mentioned I know where you're coming from with the work required to set up these shots. Do you use T.O.O.L for this by the way? In my experience it's really indispensable for this. 8

Thats so awesome and no I dont use T O O L Now I gotta ask when doing this how many takes did it take u to get it right my first picture was frustrating there be times I place down the statue while others are poseing and then Its moved them I still have more sims to add and updated ones Just gotta find time when To do more posing. 1

The thing with T.O.O.L is that with it you don't really need the statues anymore. You'd thinking that it's mostly for building and while that's true you can also use it to move sims (and rotate and elevate and all that) around, including sims that have already been posed, without resetting the pose/animation. This is what makes it indispensable and also makes the teleporter statues obsolete, except in some specific circumstances where you want to have some sims in exactly the same spot for a group pose (though you can do that simply enough with TOOL anyways, since it allows you to make minute adjustments on the fly). Oh shit Il probly only want Just to move sims around thoses statues are annoying having to keep placing them down!!

I am also going to get TOOL I was thinking about getting it before and was like eeh but but now I must get it! I also know where your coming from with posing grrr and the statues are maddening! Have you tried dances yet?? Well I did I tried to get 5 sims dancing all at the same time..............................just...................GRRRR its tough just like herding cats! I will figure it out some day! Anyways great post and beautiful sims love love love it! Thanks for sharing! 1

Again TOOL helps there as well because you can try to move them around to adapt to dance animations and try to avoid sims clashing into each other. Also, if you're doing it for a picture or video, editing and just choosing the moments where it actually looks good is obviously key. 7

Tool Makes its so much easier to push sims together when posing I also was unsure about TOOL at first but I suggest it and No I havent tried dances Youtube how to use it first 1

But its okay at least I know the option is there and, to be fair, I have a lot of mod etc. so its probably an incompatibility somewhere. BUT I tried a large group photo shoot ?☹️? and wanted to show ya my failures! LMAO what a chore, sims always find some way to mess it up! Can you spot where the sims LEFT...............Hehhehe! There Awesome but I feel your pain Ive had 20 sims lined up 18 were posed then as i placed 19 down fucking the others stopped posing and moved Its frustrating for sure and sorry TOOL didnt work out for you I mean you can still pose them using the statues so not all bad I been using TOOL to build outside Forgotten Grotto Isnt Forgotten anymore! 1

I use it to move things around my strip club. Put some old trash dumpsters and cars on the street around my strip club. It really helps bring life to our story play! 1
