How to check for mod conflict ?

Is there any way i can check for mod conflict or incompatibility ? There was a tool for that but it hasn't been updated for a long time and not sure it would work with the current version

Sims4 Tray Importer comes with a tool for detecting conflict. Quite useful.

There's also the mod conflict detector available on MTS. It scans all files and lists files which use base game instance IDs and or share the same instance ID.
