try looking in

 

Data\SKSE\Plugins

 

 

But first. You better find out what mod it comes from. Mod might include more files than just the SKSE file.

 

 

Edit.: I have the file myself. It is related to Sexlab. But the plugin has been installed without any more files attached. For me in 2019.

 

You can delete safely...
