Dialogue in Slave Market

I'm having trouble with the dialogue part of the slave market, when I try to talk to anyone in there, there seems to be no dialogue to have a conversation with them, I just get reactions from my character and from the person I spoke to.

This really should have been posted in the Human Resources thread. Looks to me like you do not have subtitles enabled in game settings which is a must.
