my sims are always having sex with themselves or each other.. like they will stop what their doing just to do it , i wanted it to be limited but i dont know what to do

Wicked Settings > Sex Settings > Autonomy Settings > Autonomy Intensity: Set to Normal or Low

OR

Just disable the Wicked Autonomy Switch to turn it off and on only when you want.

 

I usually disable Solo and Travel sex too.

Another option is using the Wicked 'No Sex on Lot/Room' signs on your home lot, if that's the place you want to prevent it completely.

(Use the search box for 'sex' in Build Buy Mode to find the signs).

 

You can also disable any sim for WW autonomy by using... Shift+Click on a sim > Sex > Disable for Autonomy.

Easy to enable it again later on whenever you want.
