Or having Children or too many other Sims on the Lot. Beds should have at least a one tile free space on both sides of them. Make sure the doors are set with the arrows pointing to exit the rooms. Make sure objects are not already 'in use' or 'reserved' for others. Check your WW settings for privacy, etc., and disable them. Other WW conditions/settings might be blocking it also.
