Pubic Hair

Ok how do you ensure all townie sims have pubic hair...every time I check on on they are all the default ww clean shaven.

Even sims I created in cas and gave pubic hair are reverting to ww default...Am I doing something wrong?

Here's a pic of my setting.

I also use wp and pubic hair for both is on 100%

Sorted...disabled growth switch and disabled wp pubic hair.
