Skeletons stand inside eachother during scene while pc is fine

So recently ive run into an issue where when my pc is in a scene with skeletons they just stand there or if there's more than 1 they stand inside each other. My pc continues the animation as if it were fine and so far i haven't had any other issues with other npc's yet. Ive reset and rebuilt my animations in SLAL, reinstalled sexlab mods and ran FNIS/Nemesis and tried other advice from what i could find from people having the same issue. I haven't deleted some animation packs as id like to keep using the ones i have and hadn't had any ctd issues yet but will delete some if i cant find a fix. Any help is appreciated

You can increase your animation number DRASTICALLY with these tools:
  Animation Limit Crash Fix (Skyrim SE and LE), SSE Engine Fixes (Skyrim SE only)
  Since FNIS cannot know if such mod is installed, it will still warn you at the original limit.
  But when such tool is used, load calculation can be switched off (FNIS.ini: "LoadCTDCalculation=0")

i think you might have something wrong with your install with nemesis . i do not use nemesis and can not do much than give you this link :

This helped tremendously! Thank you so much   I found out that it was because of the mod for ultimate combat and creature compatibility. After opening the mod I deleted only the behavioral files for the creatures and rebuilt my animations and after that I had no more issues with creatures being stuck inside each other during a scene! Very happy I didn’t have to remove any animations.
