Can I use Irony Mod manger to install Loverlabs mods?

So i was just wondering if its possible to use the Irony Mod manager instead of manual installation for mods on this and other sites?

You could try something radical like using a search engine. I suppose it depends on if you want an answer in seconds or hours.

AFAIK Irony is just a launcher. I haven’t seen any installation functionality.
