Animal Sos not applyin

I have no idea why but I installed Animal SOS yet the blasted MCM doesn't apply the schlong to the creatures listed in MCM, which is odd because it did so in my other save file (I made two save files) and the animals all have cocks, but this save file refuses to apply them even tho I set it to 100% shape probability in the MCM 

 

All the other add-ons that I have (vector plexus and Futanari cbbe) applied just fine but this particular thing refuses to apply itself, leaving me to manually apply it onto the beasts themselves

 

Is there a fix for this?
