Strip Club Dancers / Strippers Nudity Value Improvement

I just need to understand better how the Nudity Value works for stripper in the management panel, i want to improve my dancers therefore this nudity value and wanted to know what is it tied to.

After checking the WW website saying that fitness, dance, and Striptease skills having an impact but based on my observation it's not the main factor.

 

(Note: My stripclub is only filled by NPCs made by others with different skill level in general)

 

On my stripclub i have 11 strippers, 2 of them have their Nudity Value on Staff Panel maxed, when i check their Skill stats via MCCC they both have a Nudity Skill Value at 12 580 ( guess max skill) and one have the Naturism Skill, the other the Exhibitionnist skill (both maxed out) one his full Stripclub skill (12 580), the other only 746 pts. Both are Maxed Dance Skill, but for fitness the first is only at 2580 when the other is at 47000 (sorry i don't know the threshold for skill lvl equivalency i guess its around lvl 7-8).

 

So based on that This Nudity Value seems to be tied to either Nudity Skill ( my main guess) or Naturism/Exhib skill, i doubt that this is tied to dancer skill but idk.

 

Problem is that Nudity is a hidden skill and i don't know how to improve it without cheating because when i check my other stripper stats their nudity skills is capped at 100 while naturism seems to improve a little bit everyday ( probably some kind of random daily skill improvement from the base game i guess).

 

So if someone can tell me if it's normal, my 2 "top" strippers have been cheated on their creation and only Naturism/Exhib value is relevant for Strippers Nudity Value so my others strippers will improve as those skills raise overtime or am i missing something ?
