I am new lo mods and I was wonder if I need Skyrim script extender to install LoversLab for Fallout 4 mods. Every guide I find mentions that I Skyrim Script Extender and installing loversLab?

No, you will need the Fallout version available from https://f4se.silverlock.org/

 

Animations are handled using AAF not Sexlab in FO4
