The period tracker and fertility test went missing ?

I just updated to the latest released (18th December 2021 updates) 

 

And my period didn't show up and so does the period tracker apps and fertility test on the toilet option. 

 

Please help, thank you so much

You've probably installed it wrong....did you delete the old files and the localthumbcache.package file?

I did, i even delete the whole save file and everything after i found out something wrong but i still don't have the option to period track and fertility treatments. It's only show bikini wax and wicked stores and when i click pregnancy information, it's say I'm on my period but there is no period going on ?

want to add that i got the same problem. in 'pregnancy settings' there is no menstruation setting, nothing in 'other settings' either. ilooked everywhere, it's simply gone from all the setting's menu ? would appreciate it if someone knows how to fix this...

hey! im 5 years late but i just recently encountered this problem and this is how i found this thread. BUT for anyone who needs it, this is how i solved it:

 

1. click on your sim 

 

2. choose wicked > then personalization > then sim tuner

 

3. go to pregnancy tuner and make sure that you do not have "use simple pregnancy mode" checked. simple pregnancy mode takes out the fertility test and the kaya period tracker because this mode relies on the % chance that your sim gets pregnant whenever they have sex.

 

note: in your general wicked whims settings, make sure that you're also using the menstrual cycle switch. otherwise, you will be in simple pregnancy mode by default (i think lol im not sure i always play with menstrual cycles, and accidentally switched to spm while tinkering with my sim's personal settings).
