greencroc2 Posted December 22, 2021 Posted December 22, 2021 At some point in the last few months I downloaded a top that is now showing up on my female sims as the default upper body instead of breasts when I am modifying in CAS and remove a top or view tattoos. I thought this is only a minor irritant as it doesn't affect actual gameplay, but recently I went to modify tattoos and figured out that I can't see any of the skin on the female sims' arms, back, stomach, etc. because of this green top. It appears that the long sleeve green top is now the "default" nude appearance for female sims upper body in my CAS. Is there any way to isolate this in sims 4 studio or with a program that would identify it as a default in my cc folder? On the same note, I am having issues with male genitalia appearing multicolored or just black/no texture at times too. I have tried deleting all genitalia CC and isolated this down what appears to be some kind of Anus tattoo, but I'm thinking this is the same as the female top where it is some kind of default replacement that needs to be deleted since it tries to auto-show on all male sims. What is the troubleshooting process to find and eliminate these since they are defaults?
procian Posted December 22, 2021 Posted December 22, 2021 Black penis is broken cc skin or skintone....try changing the skin or skintone...the green top is flagged for nude + you probbaly don't have a default nude female top.Try deleting the green top or finding it in sims 4 studio and unflagging it for nude. Also posting screenshots of the problem helps too..
procian Posted December 22, 2021 Posted December 22, 2021 MISSING/WRONG PENIS COLOR Default penis model used by WickedWhims (and most of the alternatives) requires extended skin color textures (called skin tones) which are overridden by the mod itself. Any other mod that overrides skin tones may conflict with WickedWhims if it doesn't extend the texture space. If the penis on a Sim is displayed as black or partially black, this most likely means that you have conflicting or unsupported skin tones mod installed. Custom skin tones that don't support the extended texture space will cause issues. In some cases, clothing on the Sim will affect the texture as well. Search the words "skin” and “tone" in your 'Mods' folder to quickly find problematic skin tone mods.
