Can someone make a "brown bag" mod for SE?

For all the NPC overhauls and replacers out there, not every NPC in Skyrim SE is overhauled. Some NPCs remain downright ugly. But for the purposes of the quest, you often have to "think of England." Even when you can change the "default body" in most instances, the faces often remain vanilla (or in my opinion, ranging from bland to absolutely grotesque). There is a USA slang phrase "brown bag" that made me think of a very useful mod (tldr: "perfect in everything but the face, but I'd only have sex with [X] if [X] wore a bag over [X] head.") I don't know if it's even possible, but is it possible have some sort of mod where you can put a brown bag over the NPC's face during a sex act?  Or maybe one of the vanilla items, like the execution hood. Maybe something that would be reasonably compatible with the SE Lover's Lab mods?

 

Clarification: rather than something that's universally changes all NPCs, I'm thinking of a popup before a sex act that says something like "brown bag him/her/it?" <yes/no>.

Oh, and in case yo do go with brown bag appoach - you can use this to make NPC recognizable even with their new uniform:

BodyGen is criminally underused, but brown bags will save it from obscurity.
