Anybody knows a mod that has something like that?

I remember vaguely that I found a mod like that, but it was years ago and my keywords did not bring anything up.

Ideally for UUNP/BHUNP but I m desperate enough that I would take anything that I can possibly convert then myself.

 

Thx alot if anybody has a clue.

 

I also take offsite suggestions or patreon creators that have their stuff behind a paywall. I gladly join for something like that

Indeed not exactly the same but still very nice. 
Seems only CBBE and inconvertible, tho,,, nuuuuh!

I m currently just trying a solution via tattoo overlays  

makes life alot easier, but its not 3D
