Player starts slower than other actor in sex scene

Hi , can someone help me to fix this minor bug ? the bug is , IDK somehow when I start animation partner actor (not my character) gets into the animation immediately but my character are flashing / based on my observation my character are gets into the animation pose then switch to standing pose in very short time (0.8s) and then switch back to animation pose again , the result is my animation and that actor are mismatch ( my partner actor are playing animation faster than me 0.8s and I'm 0.8s slower than him/her/it ) , how to fix this ? realign doesn't work , I try to turning off many option in sexlabframework MCM too but it doesn't work , the bug still there (I'm using latest SexLabframework for "SE" not AE , latest SKSE and having full requirement already , my animations count in FNIS is 22500+)

depends. If your player is female and you don't set the SL checkbox for "female first" then presuming the other is male, she will not be the first actor set in place. if you're male, I suppose the same in reverse. If they're both the same gender I have no idea. Luck of the draw?
