Hmm. No idea why that would happen. Is your character wearing an SMP wig or has something changed the head slot?  It's quite a simple mod, just meshes and textures.

Using it on LE, perhaps? I think the version that Bluegunk provided is for SE only. When I installed it on a new computer on LE, it ended up creating just a big see-through red triangle w/explanation point.

Yes, mine is SE. The original was LE and I converted it years ago.
