tm888 Posted December 9, 2021 Posted December 9, 2021 So my adults and young adults have no problem when its woohoo time, but when teens or elders start to take off clothes or woohoo they have the singed body parts instead of nude. How do I fix this? A step by step guide would really help, but at least something to go on, please?

The singed outfit is a 'special' outfit which would be generated by the game again if deleted. For what ever reason your game is selecting that instead of a default nude top/bottom. KW added the ability to have the accessories/shoes (removable thru settings) added to the default nude top/bottom. The default nude top bottom is what the game uses for the nude outfit, which the player can also modify, yet these modifications won't appear when the default nude top/bottom are needed - only when the nude outfit is used (shower, skinny dipping) The game has a default - nude - top and bottom for each gender. The game has a nude outfit for each Sim The outfit can be modified, the default 'archive' can't. There is a problem with the selection of a default nude top and bottom for the teens and elders. Have you done a search? There can't be too many discussions on 'Sims 3 singed skin' or 'TS3 singed skin'.

And yes, I recall a recent discussion about the burnt outfit being applied, but do not remember exactly where.
tm888 Posted December 10, 2021 Author Posted December 10, 2021 Regular skin. The regular nude outfit id fine, just when KW kicks in. I had searched but not really found anything related to this, until just now. I think I may have the culprit, I saw something a muscle slider fix mod conflicting and now that I think of it I did get a mod like that a long time ago and forgot about it and thinking further, It was a fix only applied to Teens & Elders. So, is there a way to make it compatible or just got to go? Would using a custom skin work?

While I don't remember a singed issue, I do remember having some strange mis-match of the top/bottom seam where the 'muscle tone' application wasn't the same. Pretty sure that was because of a fix such as you named, and I did get rid of it. >The main lesson I took from that is I saw the 'fix' and thought, "I better get that" without actually having a 'need' for a fix.

I vaguely recall that there was an issue with the skin that I was using, and I *think* someone provided a package that fixed it. Unfortunately, the history of my posts seems to be truncated. I have about 400 posts, but my profile only has 2 pages of history. Searching the KW thread I cannot find any posts that match mine. EDIT: I *think* that this is the file that I installed that fixed it for me. burnt_extract.zip
