Does anyone know why this weird thing is happening?

So i have this realy weird ass thing that happen's.  When i start a new game and do the whole Bleak Falls Barrow.  At the first part just past the chest going down into the cave where you run through the spider webs.  They react like you've just walked over a Lightning Rune trap.  It plays the lighting zap sound, knocks down the PC for a moment but doesn't do any damage.

 

Just wondering if anyone has had this before, or might know what it's all about

What mods do you have installed into without a load order it's hard to tell without us seeing. My guess is a sexlab mod that adds something to spider webs.
