KentuckyExpat Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 My system was just "upgraded" to the AE version of Skyrim. I have updated SKSE and Sexlab Framework to the compatible versions needed for AE. If I then try to load Skyrim AE the game comes up with several messages regarding incompatibilities of existing mods to the new AE version of Skyrim. One of those messages is to the effect that my version of Schlongs of Skyrim is too old, I need to load the SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim v3.00.004. However, when I load this version of SOS I get an error telling me that the archive is incompatible with Skyrim SE; the archive is only valid for Oldrim and several versions of Fallout. That archives of this game (Skyrim SE) must be BSA files (v105). The game will not even load. Any idea how I fix this?

newbt Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Try this updated DLL. I just found it today. Bethesda changed the Compiler version used to build the AE EXE's so all SKSE DLL's will have to be re-written/re-compiled to work. This can be an issue when mods have been orphaned or the author is busy.
