Small part of armor/body mesh invisible in game.

Can any of  you modding magicians point me towards a fix for this?

From what I can see in the snapshot, that appears to be one of those body texture bugs ike the purple skin or white skin or golden skin that players complain about here and there (myself included) . I've never seen it on my male, who is stock UNP bodied, but my female suffers from it.  I haven't found out why yet, so when it happens (equipping certain newer 3BA armors,  changing my body weight - I have a muscle vs weight mod, and some other triggers which cause it to occur, sometimes when I get wet even though I don't have a wet function mod installed, a tanning mod I used to have, etc.)  I use a workaround by opening "A Change of Face" (racemenu interface mod) to access racemenu (doesn't require renaming and alteration of your automatic save names, and it's quick in quick out) 

 

So...to "fix it" I simply enter racemenu, wait while racemenu sorts out the textures (take a second or two. you can watch it happening), then exit.  And when it happens again, I do it again.

Don't be sorry. Your fix didn't work for me but the fact that you spent your time and gave it a shot already made my day. Thank you bro.
