Teach the followers to climb and jump

Just because see them attempting to get over some obstacles tends to be a purgatory. Any ideas?

I got the "Kangmina mod"  from nexus. it comes with a shout that makes npcs teleport behind you nothin personell, kid. There's a line of sight requirement so you cant grab people through solid walls or anything, but if they're stuck behind a fence or some other obstacle that you'd normally jump over, the shout should work.

That's a limitation of the game sadly. But similar to what the poster above suggested, Amazing follower tweaks, or Immersive AFT, has the built in function where when your followers are actively following you and they get stuck, you can draw your weapon when not facing them and they teleport behind you. Its such a useful feature that the few times I didn't use IAFT it drove me nuts not having it.
