Well, anytime one asks for a quality expansion style mod - VIgilant has to be mentioned. I believe its the law around here.

So yep, Vigilant is the obvious suggestion.

I think the opening post should have listed what those three mods have in common.

 

My best guess (since I've played Rigmor) is that they're looking for mods where you can become the jarl/king/queen of a territory.

Does Vigilant conflicts with Rigmor's Cyrodiil ?

I have provided mod links with their proper name so that viewers may better understand my query as i personally like reading mod descriptions at good old Nexus, for hours. These mods seem to be very popular as they offer so much more to explore the unexpected. In Ivarstead mod for example, the npc's even comment on the tax rates that you have set for all of them and your reputation and personal safety is now actually based on the diverse choices you  have as a leader. Would like to find any mods similar to them.
