Night Sight/Vampiric Sight-like vision auto casted in some areas. (fixed)

Hello, I got a weird problem that is when my character walks through certain area (I assume area that marked as dark(?)), it automatically casting vision spells (khajit night vision/vampiric sight). Please take a look at my attached video.

There is no notification whatsoever inside the console. Anybody ever got the same problem? And how do you fix this?

OMG!! You're right, there's this feature in Skyrim Utility Mod. Why didn't I realised that , I kept blaming the problem to Dibellan Defender or Dibellan Blessing Mods.

So thank you for pointing that out
