skyrim - textures.bsa missing

Is there any other way besides reinstall to restore skyrim - textures.bsa

or do you have a link to download the skyrim backup file?

The backup file can be found on steam. ^^

If you don't want to download it all over again choose the "repair" option on steam.

How did you manage to kill your textures.bsa?

Verify integrity with Steam, if that's where you got it. Or re-DL it from where ever you got it. Reinstall it from disc? (Is that even a thing anymore?) And, you realize asking for this is illegal, even if you legally own Skyrim.
