TTW is a mod in Fallout New Vegas that copies and makes Fallout 3 base game work in the Fallout New Vegas universe/engine

So all mods for New Vegas work for TTW

 

For converting Fallout 3 Mods to TTW, there are guides on the TTW forum

There is no working boat mod for Vegas but there is one from Fallout 3 - Springvale Boatyard Pilotable Boats

 

Plz how to make it work in TTW ?

I honestly don't know. Check if the mod has already been converted in the TTW-forum, otherwise get the script and try to run that.
Do know that there is also a conversation-script on that forum.

Thanks! i could not found a working boat or ship driving mod for NV or TTW. 

 

However, There do seems to be many car/bike driving mods. Can i copy there driving script on a static boat or ship ?

It would be really better if you follow dborg2 suggestion and try to convert that boat from FO3 to TTW. Check TTW forum, there were informations and tools to make it in quite a simple way.
