Sims fail to load after Update

My game fails to load after the update and throws out a error code. I tried to repair but to no avail.

Can someone maybe shed some light on the subject please.

If this is a game update, the first thing to do would be a backup of the folders, then remove them, start a new game and exit the game (no save required). This creates new folders in which you can reinsert the previously saved backup.

The second thing to do would be an error screen. Some mods may be dated or damaged. The best solution would be to remove them and, always starting a new game, make sure that the error has been resolved. 

I myself have recently had errors starting the game. It was enough for me to remove the mods involved to eliminate the error.

i got the 102 error code after i updated the game. ive removed wickedwhims and basemental drugs and it will play now although quite boring with no sex and drugs. i tried it with the updated wickedwhims from today and it didnt work. im still doing some troubleshooting with my animations folder.

ive found that its in my animations folder. the updated WW works without my animation folder but ive added about half back so far and its working.  im slowly adding 2 at a times to figure out the broken one. try removing your animations and see if the game will play.

I have also deleted my mods folders piece by piece. If I delete all animations, Basemental Drugs and Wicked Perversions the error persists as well, both with the old and the new version of Whims. In my case it is the Wicked Whims mod itself.  When deleting the mod, the game loads normally, although even all animations, basemental drugs, etc., are still installed. I guess we just have to be patient.

Have you updated all your mods? There's a good likelihood that another mod is causing issues and not all of them have been updated yet.

 

Have you tried removing all mods except Wicked Whims + animations and then running the game? This is important.

The only way to confirm 100% that WW is causing your issues is to do that. Otherwise your assumption that it's Wicked Whims is an assumption.

 

If you can run the game with with only WW + animations, then you have a problem mod somewhere else.

Be sure to delete your localthumbcache file when you make changes to your Mods folder.

Yes I am stupid^^. After I sent the text, I noticed that this can not be. I have now gone through everything again more precisely.

"[Secretcrush]Real_3Dpussyv01.package" seems broken.

With only that deleted, everything works fine with the new Update and new Whims. Hope this helps someone else.

for me it was [Secretcrush]Real_3Dpussyv01.package
