How do I hook up with anyone in the Mojave Wasteland with Sexout?

I can have sex with any prostitute like Fisto the uncensored no black screen after hooking up with any prostitute, I can use prostitution mod to fuck this blonde guy in the Boomers but I can't have sex with any other NPCs with no dialogue nor they can't have sex with me either and the conversation just ends using Sexout nor does rape works. Could someone help me out?

Sounds like stuck tokens. Perhaps go to a save before last sexual activity
