Male Penises not showing+other issues

I followed the guide (and im 99% sure I didnt screw anything up) but in every scene, male actors only have a flat, smooth crotch, with no penis, and female actors usually have a deadpan expression with either no moans or short, cut off moans. If needed i can show load order, etc.

I would start with the male body replacer as that supplies the penis.
