Hello again, I finally did it! I have fully finished my 2x resolution textures pack for Fatal frame 5, now without any bugs or errors. You'll notice the increased high quality for all the ghosts (hard to see since they are blurry, but visible when using as a player one of their models), humans, and now even items and records. I'm also thinking about increasing all the stage textures at 2x also (level textures), but this might take weeks or months, so let me know if you might also be interested. here are all the links, it's about 2 GB in 4 files, you can install the files files you want, there's no need to install them all, although I prefer it for better results in game, the 2x textures are splitted into ghosts, humans, items and records:

Also please if you are reading this and have made any mod that you want me to convert to 2x or 4x resolution, please do let me know and I'll convert it for free, although I might take a few days, since I have a lot of work lately. I use Topaz Gigapixel AI as well as my own tool, specially designed to make new modpacks even at 2x or 4x resolution. Also in a few minutes I'll upload it's latest update, now even with a character search function by name or any known attribute or description ?

This is also something I desperately wish for. Even if you're not trying to purposefully upskirt other models, some characters get faded out just for existing. The Doll 1 and 2 unique poses come to mind. Can't even have them in a picture in most angles because you can see up their kimono and the game hates that. I think it's Doll 1's unique pose that is just sitting down and it gets faded out very easily.

Also here are all the meshes, textures and parts of the clothings as PNG to quickly change the original colors of each part of the clothes as desired, it even includes all the needed modding tools with detailed instructions to mod yourself, it's acutally very easy to do once you get the hang of it ?

Sadly I can confirm that the Mesh "1" in .ib and .vb format for Yuri is empy wen removing the T-shirt, so she has no body below it, but Miu does somehow, so if you edit the exported mesh "1", and on Blender start deleting the parts of the T-shirt, you'll see that below it actually has meshes for the bikini also, but of course below the bikini she still doesn't have a body.

Can you do more of the swimsuit removal shirt for Yuri? As well as adding more colors for both Miu and Yuri if you have the time?

Can I just assign costume shader ID for each mesh in blender and export the shader data to ib and vb?

First keep in mind that she won't be nude, since aside form don't having any body part under the clothes, she can't be exported properly with the current modding tools we have available to make a modded GMPK version sadly. I already posted the bugs to the rebelde g1m tools 1.2 - G1M exporter "mismatch IB/VB/Layout", but I had no answers yet. Also I already know this. Shiragiku appears in the place of these character folders:

 

- G_KAM_A

- G_SIR_A (tested, and she either looks horrible or the game crashes...)

- G_SIR_B

- G_SIR_C

- G_SIR_D

 

So I managed to test it, and without the .gapk file she looks horrible, but even after putting it's .gapk file, and even all the rest of files instead of the Yuri A ones, the game crashed all the time. I'm not sure how to fix that yet, perhaps it has to do with the number of bones in the model since it was not meant as a player, but I'm not sure... Although the doll models work just fine even without any .gapk files, so I'm actually very confused right now. I'll keep doing tests, but I'll really appreciate if anyone else can help a bit too. Thanks in advance ?

Hello and thanks. I already tried that, but sadly she doesn't have a body mesh under the shirt, but at least she has a full bikini below the shirt meshes. In a future I might manage to add the missing body, but right now I'm just starting to know how to mod, so I still need to learn how to add the missing body parts...

 

About the different colors, I think I'll made a simple tool to select the desired cololors and automatically generate the mod without doing anything at all, since I already exported all the textures to PNG with the parts for each clothing or body separated... I'll let you know when it's finished, but right now I have a lot of pending work already LOL

 

But I'll try to make the tool between all the works and also publish different colors already finished?

OK, it's fully done, all the nude mods I've managed to find so far to 4x (4K in most cases):

But please be aware that some of the models look a bit too sharp, specially around the nipples, etc. This happens to some models from Moderchan specially, since he used textures that probably were not as compressed as the vanilla ones... I'll try to fix that in the next days, but you can already try this since it also contains all the 4 WiiU costumes at 4K, among other nude mods, and those look perfectly fine as far as I'm aware of ?

By the way, just a progress update: I finished all the stage textures to 2x, but some levels crash when trying to load them, perhaps due to the big quantity of VRAM required... I only have 2 GB, and characters at 2x or 4x with ALL the stages at 2x might be too much, but before uploading I wan't to do some more testings...

For sure. First install the 4 files of my 2x modpack and then just add the nude mods you want to install. In fact my modpack can be considered as improved vanilla, since I only replaced the 1x textures with 2x ones made with Gigapixel AI, so all the meshes and everything else is untouched. I tested it with all the nude mods with no problems at all ?

 

I already have all the stage textures at 2x, but my game crashes for most levels... I'm not sure why yet, but if I manage to fix it, I'll also upload a 2x stages modpack where all the levels will look epic. I tested one level already and the difference was awesome. 4x seems to be too much for my little 2 GB of VRAM, and perhaps even 2x stages might be too. I'll confirm in a few days if a find a fix...

I tested for the bikini slots and can confirm that you have a bit better angles, but also replace Ren since he has almost full angles, although some models look very weird on him. Perhaps it might be easier with a controller, but I can't confirm that. I just touch the ground and then go up by just 1 "point". If I'm at the right distance, the body appears and it will let me look below properly.

Hello again, I just saw that the Noesis plugin to load Fatal Frame 5 models, G1M Plugin by Joschuka has been updated to 1.7.2 after the issues I found with some models:

So remember to download it and install it where you have Noesis to properly view all the game models unpacked from their GMPK files: To load all the parts at once, I check the option found at it's menu under "Tools -> Project G1M -> Merge all assets in the same folder", if checked just open any G1M or G1T file and the rest of that folder should be loaded at once too ?

 

Edit: soon I'll finish updating all the previews included with my modding tool, since some were looking cutted before ?
