this is an old tool. in comes in two parts. quickbms  which is like a front end command tool for decoding game files. and a thxx file.

to use it open quickbms. it asks for a .bms file scroll to the thrxxx file click open. then it asks for the source file ( that is the game file you want to decode) click to open

it says you want to use the bms file you have loaded y/n  enter y and then it spits out a decode folder from the file. it does not do the bsb work.
