Trouble Making Transgender Male Sim With Breasts

Hello, I know this might be a pretty unusual problem but I'm really struggling here.

 

I'm attempting to make pre-top surgery transgender sims, and I use the cheat to force them to have breasts. However, the textures of their breasts, their nipple placement, etc, are totally fucked up. The body selector won't let me choose breasts with correctly placed nipples, obviously because it's gender locked, and there's no option to gender-unlock it, at least that I know of. I'm not experienced with coding so I don't know how to edit pre-existing packages to enable this. Is there any way to do this or do I have to settle for weird boobs?

personally what i do is i create a female sim and use a mod that makes all pronouns gender neutral, theres mods for customizable pronouns too. it kinda sucks but it is wayyy easier than getting around to making a proper mod for the breats.

Sorry to respond to this so late, but there is a mod for this on modthesims! It works well in combination with the breast separation slider, though it will sometimes force the male sims to wear a bra or something. I think the no underwear feature through WW fixes that, though.

I got the same problem. At the moment i'm trying to use simdulgence bodymesh. It comes with his own skins and overlays.

 

I hope they will solve the problem.
