Maybe you ought to tell us what mod you're talking about...

 

Or use FO4Edit to look them up yourself

 

Or use In Game ESP Explorer

or just use the console.  Hit the tilde (~) button and then type in what you're looking for.  So, if I want radaway, I type (without quotes) "help radaway 0"

A list of everything in the game with the word radaway will populate, separated by category.  From there, you should be able to figure out the specific code you need.
