Bug dress the sims

Does anyone know how to fix this bug of the dress getting the wrong texture and not being able to see a nything? 
The error happens even using the game's standard clothes as shown with the yellow dress...

This is just the way most clothing is made as it's not supposed to show any sims private areas.

 

But there are some CC skirts available you can download that show them with all their details.

Some are from Julie J and some were Nitropanic.
