Right now every new user must read 16 pages of discussion and manually translate every Chinese mod description, and then try to guess the rest by looking at code.

I don't really understand the controversy as stated by @LOL0134 Maybe all that stuff happened within the Chinese community. I certainly haven't caught wind of any of it. It's a pretty bizarre concept and concern to be "taunting" people with mods. Seems a bit petty and superfluous to me. 

 

At least we have these old versions. Who knows, maybe they will reverse the decision at some point, or we get a leaked version lol. 

The problem of the situation was because china have a ban on openly spreading of sexual content, if you made it yourself and share it to your close friends, in less then dozens, then not a big deal, but when the file and its modification been shared over 500 times and noticed by the law enforcement, then the creator and all the sharers would be charged with spreading unfavorably content as a civil misconduct violation ruling, can be charged with up to 500000 rmb and 3-5 years of jail time if situation being serious, usually not that harsh, but still could be a few weeks and thousands of rmb per violation. It is a big risk.

So the author and the team who took over the original discontinued mod notice some video uploader on bilibili and ticktock took their mod to showoff in videos, often to channels that promote to minors, they are being very vulnerable, so they ask the uploader to stop, but the video uploader refused to cooperate and spread more openly, even directly sharing to news network without any mosaic censoring to ask for more clicks, which is a big no-no.

So the dev have no choice but to burn the bridge and went dark before the authorities kick down their doors.

Blame those brainrot ticktockers, that are the reason we can't have good stuff.

dam read thro most of it and sad to see most of it got shut down and ruind becaus folk couldent live with it, now that aside ik its prob rather silent here fiugred to ask, i downlodet most of the mods (got the eng ones active) and theres some missions and items still without a name / translation (like some stuff is just blank like conditions) and figured id ask if theres actuly a translation / version or file that has the eng names in it that way it atleast aint blank and sorry in advance for sutch a dumb question + my afull grammer (dislexia sucks ass)

I really want to ask you , are you one of the witnesses back then ? . I did aware of the existence of this law . ( to be precise , all countries have this kind of law just some countries are stricter than others ) .

@Loran_83 did got but lot of them are uncompleted and some of it you need go to steam workshop or google it , if can you do it yourself not really got many people active here now.

Damn, I knew China was pretty bad with their totalitarian/fascist regime, but I didn't think it extended that far. After some searching it seems they have a complete blockade against pornographic content. Pretty crazy stuff. I wonder if they are going to enforce a dress-code and control what people eat at some point. 

 

 

On a separate note, does anyone know how to fix the body-morphing issue on diving suits? It used to be that morphs would simply extend outside the suit but now I get a white square surrounding the character, like some type of sprite error. I think something broke when switching EA-HI versions. Can't recall as this manifested a long time ago. 

 

Works fine for clothing from EA-HI and I've queried the sprite parameters between them but can't discern any difference.

i not sure when though currently i just run the horny europa mod though , but i can report to author . ( If i don't remember wrong author use old version of EA-HI . ) . by the way which mod did you use send it?

No need to trouble the author. Might be something I've done for all I know. It's hard to say which version I have. From memory it is one of the very first revisions. The filelist reports the following:

I don't have the original source anymore, only what it is installed in Local mods. I could send it but I have been patching the mod myself over the years with little memory of what I have done. 

 

A while back other users reported the torso sprite missing the nipple, which I also experienced. I edited the sprite to fix that but I don't think it was related to this issue. From memory, this issue manifested a long time ago for me.

I have since discovered that the issue above is related to the sprite itself. Namely the WF_Pucs sprites. I switched out the Torso sprite with that of the Abyss suit and it works fine. So it seems there is something wrong with the Pucs sprites, at least as it relates to body morphing. 

 

As a temp solution I just hue-shifted the Abyss sprite to better match the original Pucs.

I kind of like the exposed visual. It's hard to see without a proper zoom function but the Abyss portion cups the breast quite nicely. Pretty crude but I like it.

Appreciate the help and feedback. I guess the problem is inherent to the old version I have as I don't think anyone else has reported on it. I'm not entirely sure what the cause is but at least there is a solution of sorts. 

 

I have yet to master sprite manipulation. Still having trouble with colour balancing and temperature. For some reason the added layers don't inherit the original color. I made a variant, this time with upturned boob. Need to work on it some more lol.

-can you send your whole mod file in zip form (remember scan for virus first make sure file is safe)  or just upload in steam workshop in not public form . i gonna have try and what did you modifications . { I feel selfish and offended your hard work . you can refuse if it really affects you . }

Its cool man. I wouldn't call it hard work. Just a few minor alterations and some rough translations and descriptions for some items.  A few minor bugfixes. Still needs a lot of work. The real credit should go to those who made the Patched version. 

 

I'm not sure if you know the language, but maybe you can help with those EA-HI mission translations. I tried a long time ago but it's still not right.

You can add items by referencing how this mod adds items to the game. Copy an existing item and paste it in the appropriate file, change the identifier to something unique and bam, you've added an item to the game/mod. 

 

If you want it to be a standalone mod, you need to set up the file and folder structure. A Filelist containing paths to resources you've added. For additional help look at how this mod is structured. Look a the Filelist.xml specifically. Resources/assets need to be placed in corresponding directories which you specify in the Filelist and also the file that contains the item.

ok so went through the doc and can say based off whats in the doc and the files for the mod its alot better than ea-hi so glad i decided to check up on if anything happened with the game lol they also added sex based off the docx which is something people havent been able to do so double sick

well its possible to pose the characters for it but yeah its not perfect either and its manual but its the closest thing we are prolly gonna get

How does that work in context of impregnation. Is there an animation for that or do things just "bite" you?

 

I wonder if furniture items could be used to automate sex animations via script. A zero Alpha item that would give an animation template to work with. Then another chair item adjacent to it for partner animation. Those items could be called/used in the same way that characters are drawn to chairs, like a relaxation task. 

 

Then possibly adapt a movement animation on the chair similar to the expansion and contraction of an Oxygen generator so anchor points would follow a path. I'm just not sure if you can anchor sprites/limbs to a moving object. Gravity itself might be a limiting factor.

it seems it uses the hands to hold onto the character but by positioning the characters you can basically make? a sex scene either way i don't really know the key bind to milk or start sex scene so i dont even know how to start using that part of the mod but either way the Chinese mode available here is alot better then the old ea-hi and has a higher focus on BE and even have skills related to milking and stuff so thats cool and some armors and suits have texture for all breast and belly sizes

also characters can get incapacitated because they get so horny they start masturbating but its not really animated the characters go limp and sounds and effects play 



ok so noticed the aphrodisiac ammo i assume for enemy types and based off the doc only male creatures are affected and are able to impregnate the character also there was a big tentacle worm inside of a derelict ship and it swam past me but i shot it and it blew up into smaller tentacle worms and a few entered my character also orgasmed and ragdolled it was like a tiny "sex" scene anyways its waay better than just getting hit and boom magically pregnant also the ones that entered my character disappeared which is something the old mod didnt do also this added new enemies looking into it theres other kinds of new enemies aswell

 

unfortunately i did fail this run so i cant really give a follow up ill retry it but i have to fight giant spinelings i guess so thats fun

edit2: ok so it becomes a full grown tentacle worm and it will occasionally lay batches of eggs but in exchange it will heal your body which is actually pretty strong ngl

also the worms aim for the crotch which was funny to me they will even swim behind you and blast at you or enter the mouth or i think chest not sure i know breast impregnation is also a thing so it was one of the two also not sure but the worms hide and will ambush you i think honestly the first time it ran the second time it was hiding in a corner under the entrance and once i was in the room flew behind me and just shot towards me instead of running like the first time

The animation system doesn't sound like it has progressed far beyond EA-HI, but I'd probably have to see it in action. The clothing/armors look pretty neat. 

 

One thing that is quite off-putting about changing between versions of these types of mods is that they aren't balanced for conventional gameplay. It took me many hours to rework a handful of items in EA-HI just to make it reasonably balanced. Stupidly powerful clothing and armor cost nothing to buy or craft. Pregnancy mechanics are exploitable for rare materials. It's just not a good fit if you like a more hardcore experience. I feel it undermines the concept of playing on extreme campaign settings and further compounds issues with the game economy. 

 

One thing in EA-HI that never worked for me were the male appendages. Those penis body morphs which I don't think I've seen used even once. I guess that was unfinished content, at least in the version I have. I think I would rather have actual biological males in the mod so they can use their own parts for sex and impregnation.   

 

I would say there is massive untapped potential for SA themed interactions. Humanoid enemies using drug syringes to incapacitate and rape you, or similarly you enter a defeat state when health drops to zero which makes you vulnerable to assault. But I think all of that might be wishful thinking given the severe engine and coding limitations of the game. 

 

It's easy to get fed up with how limited and how dumb the AI are on a mechanical level. Those limitations are so profound and shocking in retrospect to other games. Yesterday I got super pissed off at AI stupidity that I loaded up Fo4 which is like an entirely different universe of capability for H-content. A real shock to the system from the magnitude of difference in potential between the two engines. Everything is, without exaggeration, 1000 times better, visually and mechanically.  

 

If only Fallout games had submarines lol.

oh if you have futa character you can do smex scene with them to get essence to use the succubus line of items as for difficulty yeah they are pretty broken items but i use tsm barotraumatic and other mods and its still not really strong enough lol

also based off what i remember old ea-hi didn't have it and if it did i probably never used it but either way being able to do that have a ton of buffs and debuffs for different forms of parasitisation or drugs is great the only time my character has been impregged so far was through parasites however i know you can have sex with them but i know certain conditions need to be met to do however not sur how to achieve said conditions

either way the extra classes and talent trees and the fuck ton of new buffs edited monsters and debuffs and "animations" when monsters try to parasitize you is more than enough for me to prefer this over the old ea-hi and i only scratched the surface of what the mods give you since i havent seen much of the new enemies yet because im not far in this new run and i havent unlocked a ton of items yet either also the craftable ea-hi stuff isnt very broken however the stuff you can find in salvage can be abit but i use stuff way stronger from tsm and its still not enough and im glad i get to have stronger equipment because the ea-hi mod stuff takes a very long time to get into so the whole idea is to keep the crew alive the mod requires it tho i will admit with the passive healing and stuff rn i am pretty broken but i just broke through the first layer so the game should get much harder from here on out also i think alien ruins are broken but it might be my fault since ea-hi probably has a conflict with my alien ruins mod i found in a collection
