[Request] Can't find a mod...

I have seen the mod here before I think, I just don't remember the exact way to explain it.

 

Basically it makes the initiation of mods whenever you load a save scroll more quickly so you don't have to make sure it all loads one at a time for 5 minutes it does like 3 at a time, and shows a longer list on the top left of the screen where it is normally displayed.

 

If you know the mod I am talking about please let me know.
