I also really enjoy watching RuPaul's Drag Race. But at the moment I like the foreign versions more. Drag Race UK, Canada, Australia, Spain, Holland. The US version is a bit exaggerated for me. Ru Paul is so funny and so are the judges.

I also love gay movies, but I am less fixated on the topic of 'trans'. More on romances, coming-of-age and preferably with erotic bed scenes.

I wasn't very enthusiastic about Seasons 1, 2, 4, 11, 12, and 13.

I run out of Likes Limit every day. I think it was on Netflix but not sure. There was also a TV series on netflix with RuPaul, very good actress/actor.

The series with Alyssa Edwards on Netflix is called 'Dancing Queen'

 

I think there are also two complete films with Bianca del Rio on Netflix

  Why exactly "WAS"? The series rolls around transsexual artists who live in New York in the 80s.

The series was very well done with some really good actors. The tv series also comes from the makers of Glee and American Horror Story. The ballroom culture is not the topic now, which fascinates me very much, but the series authentically reflects what really happened in New York in the 80s. Of course, almost everyone in the scene used drugs in the 70s and 80s and unfortunately a large part of the scene also died of AIDS. It is important that this is shown, because today the young gay scene is in danger of making the same mistakes again. Today's young people have not experienced AIDS and the drama and the many deaths and therefore tend to become reckless again. While condoms were also used in all gay porn in the late 80s and 90s, today you don't see a single condom in gay porn anymore. Of course, the youngsters do the same in real life.

Pose is fantastic, I haven't watched the final season yet. I think it's great that they're taking on important issues that are still relevant today, of course life was harder during that time especially being a gay man, trans woman, and etc. (I still find it hard to believe the same people made Glee, American Horror Story, and Scream Queens.)
