E.C. Hosiery Presents: The Hooters Uniform!

Finally, Hooters has come to TS3! Just for fun, (and the experience) I decided to try my hand at something other than an accessory. I'm pretty happy with it. Included are the top and bottoms under the Everyday category. Use the base game white socks for the outfit with ECH's Sheer to Waist Pantyhose underneath (they stack!)
