Rayblue Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 Yesterday I tried out an idea where I created a simple swimming pool in Sketchup Pro, and then exported it as a 3DS file, which can be imported by 3DSMax, NIFskope or Blender for further conversion into a proper Skyrim static object. The hard part for me, however, is figuring out how to create the collision mesh, texturing, and proper scaling, as I'm still learning the ropes of those powerful modelling programs. Nevertheless, with hundreds of thousands of Sketchup-readable models out there, it's not impossible for expert modders to say, import and convert a model of the Pantheon or the Hagia Sophia into a Skyrim NIF. Discussion?
