Faithfluro Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 I got WW but kept getting Error 19 so I uninstalled all my CC and mods. Tried fresh with just WW but now I have nothing coming up in the wheel and getting blank error popups in game. I don't know how to add files to the forum and I am very, very unfamiliar with modding the Sims. Please be kind.

You need WW and some Animations to be able to work properly. Delete your localthumbcache in your TS4 folder to clear out old data from removed mods. In your game settings/other make sure you have both Mods and Scripts boxes enabled, then apply settings and exit/restart.

I've tried deleted the cache, deleting WW and then reinstalling WW with some animations but no luck. I see some sort of notification in game about it and then two blank errors.

Get to Work DLC is required for Strip Clubs. Lot types for Strip Clubs must be set to Generic. Make sure you don't have any missing requirements on the Strip Club lot/build.

Oh I haven't made a strip club at all in my game since I've been having issues right from the get go. I have Get to Work but yeah...no strip club yet! So do I need to make a strip club?

Do you have any other mods installed? If yes try removing them to desktop in a temp folder and test with WW + Animations only.

I did find some stuff related to WW and Basemental in save which I deleted. Nothing seems to have changed. Am I supposed to have something come up under CC or is this okay? I will also add my latest exception file. Only thing I can think of is uninstalling the whole game and starting from scratch? WickedWhims_v166b_Exception.txt

Did you go into game settings/other and make sure both Mods and Scripts are enabled? Then apply settings and exit game & restart.
Scorpio Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 Make sure Wicked Whims is installed only one folder deep in your Mods folder. Mods/WickedWhimsMod (2 files named TURBODRIVER only, one script and one package file) No zip files left in Mods folder?

Only the resource file and a folder for animations.

Only the resource file and a folder for animations. Strange, it should be working fine. Can you upload your WickedWhimsInfoLog.log found in your TS4 folder.

Have you downloaded any Custom Lots from the Gallery and placed in game. Look in your saves folder and delete the WickedWhims folder. I'd try downloading a fresh WW copy to try. Then I would do a Origin game repair. Then I'd start a new save game. All I can think of ATM. For some reason WW thinks you have a Strip Club installed that's incomplete.
