DaringDooX Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 Not sure what is happening but I have been unable to get sexlab animations to load, I have SE Skyrim and made sure I download the SE version to ensure it works. I ensured I have FINS SE and made sure I downloaded the larger version of it to allow more animations. all of them are up to date to my knowledge. I have deleted and redownloaded the Sexlab framework over and over and done the same with FNIS the only other mods I have installed are Sky UI, USSEP, and Live another life. all of which I have deleted and re downloaded several times to ensure they are not causing the issue. I'm stumped every time I load in to the game and check the animations folder in the mod menu there is never any animations loaded in the Sexlab mod no mater what I do. ((reference where I'm looking when I am looking in the Animation editor, and toggle animations in game an neither have anything listed even when searching))

Try to run FNIS with HKX file check option selected. Should verify that your animations are compatible with SE. Note that FNIS should be run before creating new game. Running FNIS and loading old save game may not solve problem.

I don't know what HKX is please treat me like a total noob as I'm still new to this. I'm tech savvy but haven't done much moding up till now.

Not familiar with the abbreviation MCM is that that mod menu folder in the Skyrim menu where I edit the way the mods operate? and while installing the Sexlab framework it says the animations load and install in the upper left hand corner. not sure of that is what you mean.

When you open FNIS program, make sure that in the "Available Patches" section of FNIS window, "GENDER Specific Animations", "SKELETON Arm fix" and "HKX FileCompatibility Skyrim/SSE" options are selected. Now you can click "Update FNIS Behavior" button. Yes, MCM means Mod Configuration Menu.

The SexLab-Developement cersion has no animations, you have to add SLAL packs
