All Shapes BodyGen V2 - 3BA and HIMBO Edition

A successor to my original All Shapes mod, this bodygen setup uses sliders from CBBE 3BA and HIMBO to create a variety of possible body shapes for all NPCs in the game.

 

Is it better? Is it worse? I'm not sure. It's different.

 

There are two versions here - one with HIMBO sliders and one with the old SAM Light sliders for those who prefer that.

 

This is a much lighter version than my previous mod. My goal here was to create something more realistic and easier to modify if you want to adapt it to your liking.

 

To get this working, you will need:

Racemenu

CBBE and CBBE 3BA - to get it working on my setup I installed regular CBBE first and then overwrote it with 3BA with all the default options, though I'm sure any of the 3BA physics options would work fine, just make sure you have "Replace CBBE v1.6x Morph Sliders" enabled in the installation.

A 3BA clothing replacer if you want to see all the 3BA sliders working on NPCs. I used the BD's armor replacer which is good. There's another more "vanilla" style one which isn't so good, has lots of clipping.

HIMBO or SAM Light, plus a clothing replacer - SAM Light has more options in that arena, one of the reasons I still prefer it, also it just looks better

Bodyslide

 

You will need to batch build your bodies and all your clothing replacers in Bodyslide using Zeroed Sliders and Build morphs checked, including HIMBO if using that version. I've included a zeroed slider preset for HIMBO for your convenience - don't use the default HIMBO presets or you will get weird results. For CBBE 3BA just use the zeroed sliders preset that comes with CBBE/Bodyslide.

 

As with all bodygen setups this is best experienced on a new game otherwise NPCs you've already encountered won't be affected, and the bodygen morphs get baked into the save game so it will persist even if you uninstall it.

 

I'll probably take some requests for this one so if you have a favourite 3BA or HIMBO bodyslide preset you'd like included, let me know and I might add it into the mix, if I like it

 

Version 2:

New and updated presets - some inspired by suggestions from demicabestan in comments below - thanks - though not quite as extreme  and some from my own followers and characters from my story blog. Also combined the breast and body presets together, the mix-and-match wasn't working for the plus sizes. Still a lot of variety though.

Well, here the first one. Hope you like it. Maybe need some tweaks with breasts, but overall looks nice.(imo)

V1 was designed for CBBE SMP and didn't use any of the extra 3BA sliders, or HIMBO

Is there any way you could add in an option to reroll morphs into this mod? Its great but sometimes you come across an npc with ridiculous proportions and it would be nice to reset and re-randomize their morph into something less blob-like. I know body builders gives you a spell that allows you to revert morphs so maybe something like that would work.

Use 'The Manipulator' to redo single NPCs that you don't like.

Never knew this existed, neat. Will use it as a solution in the meantime, but it would be nice to be able to reroll values in this mod as its own self contained thing.

i like  also first suggest with diamond bodyslide of wife  ( my skin in game its diamond skyn cbbe 3ba )

 

 

 Personnaly y use 3BA  since long time.  but for more variety  its better also some bodyslide very different  , slim to thicck, flat to busty . For men  i use Sam Light .

I try O Body , but its make for Himbo not for Sam Light .

And in my game i prefer Sam Light with sam light addon of Don- Savrenx.  Also your mod its luck for me.

Secondary idea is adding an MCM menu so you can define if there are limits to how far morph sliders can go in either direction. This may be optimal since it could also include the ability to disable certain sliders but that would also need to have the ability to reset and update all morphs.

Could you explain why we need zeroed sliders for the mod to work?  Does this mod not just add/subtract from any morph values?

I have installed and built bodyslides for zeroed sliders and started new game. Everything is fine for NPC.

But my question is - how to do it properly for my character? I have built it with my preset and she looks fine naked, but all armor and clothes are zero-sliders.

Been a bit since I've messed with BodyGen, but I think it can only work with gender and source plugin, unless you want to manually set templates for each NPC.

When building armors/clothes in bodyslide, make sure you click the build morphs box in the bottom left corner of the bodyslide window. Should fix your issue.

Glad you made that mod, i started a new game and it seems to work!

I saw female with differents height, and breasts size.
But i'm not sure about fat/slim, considering how fat/slim men (sam body) can be, for women it look like more into breast flat or big.
Is it normal or maybe i'm missing something?

Ive got a question, how would i go about it if i want my character to have a certain body but all the npcs to have a randomized one?

I was not able to solve this task only with bodyslide, the best solution I could find - build all with zeroed sliders and morphs, and then in Race Menu adjust my PC as I wish. It is not technically - apply a preset, but as I said - it is the best that I could find.

I had this problem too. But it was solved when I reinstalled xp32 and untick the SOS skeleton choice, then made sure the SOS plugin was before HIMBO. Loot sometimes placed the esp below HIMBO, for some reason.

Yes if you have only 3BA it will just apply the body morphs to the 3BA bodies and ignore the males.

I use Pomona preset for the CBBE 3BBB Amazing body and the Jack preset for HIMBO SOS body with no problems.

 

First, I build the HIMBO stuff, select batch build, UNCHECK anything with CBBE or 3BBB or otherwise obviously female, then build.

 

Then I build the 3BA stuff, select batch build, UNCHECK anything that is male only. There is more than just HIMBO stuff that is just male. Devious Devices has the For Him set (labeled DDX with no CBBE or 3BBB in the name. There's also Bad Dog's Armor and Clothing Replacers. Those have male and female specifics. I believe the male stuff has an SPO prefix.

 

See skinny people, ripped men, fuller women, different heights. Greatly enjoying the diversity.

 

EDIT: For those who don't know, you can highlight many things in the batch build window and then press space bar to uncheck them.

 

EDIT: I may have forgotten to install All Shapes, as a re-do of my list, running the same  as before, I'm getting odd results. Reverting to the zero sliders is much better. So many things to install, it's easy to miss a file.
