Help understanding how to use mods

Hi, so as a p[reference, I do not understand programming or modding. I think its neat, but I don't understand any of it. I wanted to use nikoli grimm 's altered ads mod, and have installed CP77 Tools and NET 5.0, but what the hell do I do now? ELI5

Go to Wolvenkit for information on how to use CP77 Tools.

 

Follow their instructions for extracting and repacking files.

Make sure you make a separate copy of anything you alter before you convert it because repeatedly uncooking and repacking the same files will allow errors to creep in.
