custom race in load order

I'm sorry if this has been asked before. Where do I put custom race and clothing in the load order? Thank you for any help

As KingKong said run BOSS. 

 

A general rule of thumb however is to put clothing\armor\weapons mods towards the top of your load order.  Races generally should be in the middle to bottom depending on what they are, what depends on them and other potential conflicts that they might have with your plugins.  We can't be more than general in stating things as there are exceptions to every rule and much depends on what plugins you are running.
