wickedwhims Wicked Whims not showing up in game, despite correct installation and game version

My game version is 1.78.58, freshly installed, tried absolutely everything.

When I open the game, the package and the script show up in the menu as they should, but when I start actually playing, i don't get the notifications on the panel, I know they're supposed to be 2 notifications. Also, no matter where I click, the mod's settings/actions don't appear at all. The sims do have nudity tho.

 

I really tried everything i could find on forums: deleted mods, deleted cache, deleted options and re-selecting script mods, reinstalled the game, pairing with other mods,  etc.

The last exception assistant didn't help at all, since it says to delete the script and the package lmao

after you install WW and have enabled CC in the settings you have to restart the whole game for the scripts to start. have you done this too ?
