Animations won't work.

The animations for all of my Lovers mods, and CLS won't work. Here's my load order

Why do you have zzEstrusCleaner.esp active? Part of the readme "When the above operations ends, You may deactivate and throw away zzEstrusCleaner.esp"

I removed deactivated Sexdarkness, CLS and disabled the thing in estrus blocking the anims. But now I can't see my character I.E it says the meshes are missing.

Sounds like you need to reinstall LPK.  Reinstall the resource pack and base pack and see if that fixes things.

I did and it didn't fix anything, actually I can't launch oblivion anymore It crashes when I click "Play" on the startup. I'm sort of a mod-noobie so if it isn't too much may someone post clear step by step instructions?

This is the deep end of the modding pool so if you don't understand the basics then we can't do anything for you.  All of the information you need is here.  You need to do a bit of work and reading on your end and THEN we can help you with a thing or two here and there.
