The game itself has an Autonomous Flirting feature along with Auto-Proposals, Auto-Move ins, Auto Marriage, etc.

 

I use the MCCC mod by Deaderpool to stop all that.

Once installed you need to find a computer in game to use.

Select MC and Tuner Menu and there in there somewhere so you can disable them.
